WHY FLOW INSPECTOR?

One module replaces multiple instruments.

The Flexi-Flow measures mass flow and pressure at both the inlet and the outlet — and every sensor can also act as a controller: on inlet pressure, outlet pressure or mass flow. One module thus replaces several separate instruments, resulting in an exceptionally stable, fast and accurate control system.

Mass flow is measured at actual pressure and temperature conditions and converted to mls/min @ STP. The displayed value is fully environment-independent — physically correct and reproducible, unlike pressure-decay or volumetric systems that derive leak values indirectly. Multi-range calibration (214 + 21.4 mls/min FS) detects both very small and larger leaks accurately.

Flexi-Flow multi-parameter technology

In partnership with Bronkhorst we integrate the Flexi-Flow: chip-based measurement of mass flow, pressure (inlet & outlet) and temperature in a single module — with every sensor also able to act as a controller. The pressure sensors are temperature-compensated, so accuracy is maintained under changing ambient temperatures.
